🚀 Head of Product Marketing – AI-Powered Fintech Platform  (Remote) Shape our product narrative and drive market adoption in a transformative market, with future potential to build and lead a team.

Spinwheel is revolutionizing how consumers manage and optimize debt through AI-powered tools and real-time financial data. Our platform is live, scaling fast, and backed by a strong Series A. Now, we’re looking for a highly strategic and execution-oriented Head of Product Marketing to be our first dedicated leader in this critical function. You will be instrumental in defining our product messaging, driving successful launches, and fueling our growth, with a strong opportunity to build and lead a team as the company scales further.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and have ownership over all aspects of product marketing strategy and execution in this initial phase.

🧠 What You’ll Own 

• Develop and champion a differentiated product marketing strategy aligned with Spinwheel’s business goals, product roadmap, and overall company objectives. 

• Own the development of core product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences. 

• Drive the creation of impactful content across the buyer’s journey, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and sales collateral. 

• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, feature releases, and major product updates. 

• Collaborate closely with Product Management to deeply understand the product roadmap and translate technical capabilities into customer-centric benefits. 

• Partner with Sales leadership to develop and deliver effective sales enablement programs and materials. 

• Work cross-functionally with Marketing (Demand Gen, Content Marketing, Brand Marketing, Comms), Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure cohesive messaging and successful product adoption. 

• Oversee market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights initiatives to inform product strategy and marketing efforts. 

• Establish and track key product marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and identify areas for optimization. 

• Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs in the B2B fintech, SaaS, and debt management spaces.

🤖 How You’ll Use AI 

• Leverage AI-powered tools for market research, content optimization, and understanding customer behavior. 

• Explore opportunities to incorporate AI-driven insights into product messaging and targeting. 

• Build a data-driven product marketing foundation where decisions are informed by analytics and AI-powered recommendations. 

• Collaborate with the product team on how AI capabilities can be highlighted and explained effectively to different audiences.

You Might Be a Fit If You… 

• Have 4–8+ years of progressive product marketing experience in B2B2C SaaS (fintech preferred), with a strong track record of individual contribution and strategic impact. 

• Have a proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies that drive product adoption and market growth. 

• Possess a deep understanding of how to translate technical product features into compelling customer benefits for various audiences.

• Are an exceptional communicator and storyteller—able to craft clear, concise, and persuasive messaging across different channels. 

• Are highly self-motivated, organized, and able to drive projects forward independently. 

• Are passionate about understanding customer needs and leveraging data to inform marketing decisions. 

• Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and are comfortable with ambiguity. 

• Love working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to align strategy and execution. 

• Are hungry to build, scale, and make a significant impact in a fast-growing, mission-driven company, with the potential to lead a team in the future. 

• (Bonus) Have fintech or API platform product marketing experience, or experience in a Series A or similar growth-stage company.
